Do you have a physical - traditional retail store location?

* While Cyber Island Shops, Inc. was born from a traditional retail store operation, it no longer operates any physical retail store locations.  Our warehouse is located in Orlando, Florida, but is not open to the public.

Do you wholesale?

* Cyber Island Shops does offer wholesale pricing to qualified buyers on the specific products we produce in-house as well as our seashells from our www.seashellworld.com website.  Please call for specific items available for wholesale and our terms.  We also offer volume retail pricing on volume orders.  Please contact us at customerservice@cyberislandshops.com and let us know what items and the quantity you are interested in.

How do I place an order through the mail?

* In the U.S. and Canada, please call us at toll free 1-888-974-3557 and we will take your order and provide you with an invoice number and order total.  You may then mail in your check to Cyber Island Shops, Inc., 524 Mid Florida Drive, Ste. 202, Orlando, FL 34747.  Upon receipt of your check, we will ship your order.  International customers, please call 407-787-3362 or email customerservice@cyberislandshops.com.
